CANDAHAR ROAD

Candahar Road was previously a ground floor garage/workshop with a flat above, and was later converted into a family home in the 70s.

 

The home was out of date with the only bathroom on the ground floor, accessed through the kitchen. The client wanted to develop the property to accommodate their growing family. The home was fully gutted and renovated to a modern standard with an extension to the rear and an additional storey / loft conversion to the roof, providing four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

A bespoke kitchen and joinery were installed with exposed brick on the ground floor as a nod to the original workshop.
